Processing time
 Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping times
 As we ship directly from our suppliers, please allow:

  • US & Canada: 5–10 business days

  • UK & Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Australia & NZ: 7–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–10 business days

Shipping costs
 Free priority shipping on all subscription orders and multi-bottle orders. Any shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order tracking
 Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.

Customs and duties
 International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
