Welcome to BloomRitual. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to BloomRitual. BloomRitual operates this store and website, including all related content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"), and is powered by Shopify. These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced here, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you once we transfer products to the carrier.

BloomRitual is powered by Shopify. Any purchases you make are directly with BloomRitual. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and BloomRitual, and you release Shopify from claims arising from your purchases.

If you submit feedback, reviews, or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose, including commercial use. You represent that you have the rights to any feedback you submit and that it won't violate any third party's rights.
