You have 60 days from delivery to return your order for a full refund. We pay the return shipping. Opened bottles are fine, we would rather you actually tried it.

Email hello@dailypom.com with your order number and tell us you would like to return it. We will send you a prepaid shipping label the same business day.

You do not need to explain yourself, though if something was wrong we would like to know so we can fix it.

Any bottle, opened or unopened, within 60 days of delivery.

Bundles can be returned in full or in part. If you return part of a bundle, the refund is calculated at the single-bottle price for the bottles you keep.

Once your parcel arrives at our warehouse we process the refund within two business days. It goes back to the original payment method and usually appears within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.

We refund the full amount you paid, including the original shipping if you paid any.

If your order arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered, email hello@dailypom.com with a photo within 14 days of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately and you do not need to return the original.

If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is not there, check with your neighbours and building first, then email us. If it does not turn up within three business days we will replace or refund it.

We pack quickly. If you email us within two hours of ordering we can usually stop it before it ships. After that, use the return process above.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select. Standard shipping is free on every order.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. If tracking has not updated after five business days, email hello@dailypom.com and we will chase it.

Orders shipped outside the United States may attract import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in the price at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was there to receive it, we will reship it once you confirm the correct address.
